Return Policy:
|
- Returns only accepted within 7 days of original purchase.
- Proof of purchase required.
- 20% restocking fee will be deducted from credit when material is in good condition.
- Material not in good condition Fizzano Bros. has right to refuse product or a 25%
seconds charge and 20% restocking fee will be enforced.
- credit will be given in same manner as payment.

Delivery Policy:

- Fizzano Bros. is not responsible for damage when asked to drive beyond curb line.
- Towing and/or damage to truck will be at customers expense when caused by customer's request
to maneuver truck in precarious position.
- No claims for shortage, returns and/ or breakage will be allowed if not noted on
Fizzano Bros. copy of the delivery ticket.
- For safety reasons, cubes of block should not be stacked on top of one another.
We will not be responsible for injuries resulting from stacking cubes in this manner.
- Arbitration-At the sole election of Fizzano Bros. Concrete Products, Inc., all claims, disputes
or controversies arising out of or relating to this contract or breach thereof shall be decided
by arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Rules of
American Arbitration Association in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania.
